How to Install apache2-dev software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

apache2-dev software package provides Apache HTTP Server (development headers), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install apache2-dev 

apache2-dev is installed in your system.

Make ensure the apache2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apache2-dev *

You will get with apache2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
